Getting Out

Every single human being is a unique instrument through which the force of life expresses itself.  When we hide what should not be hidden inside us, we become “Pretend People.” You know those folks – the ones who always smile even when their deepest desire is to scream, cry, hide in a bottle of alcohol or take a handful of pills. Sound like anyone you know?  Trauma, as well as stress, affects the mind, body, spirit, and our relationships.

Friends, family, and many of the folks who walk by you live with intense despair and feelings of isolation as they drown in their sea of hopelessness. These are tough times we are going through with COVID and the escalating unrest in humanity.  If you are struggling with the effects of trauma or abuse, you already know how much courage, strength, and resourcefulness it takes to get out of bed.

My advice:  GET OUT OF BED –  GET OUT IN NATURE
